- 2. Grants for universities or equivalent institutions that understand the philosophy and intent of the Foundation, and hold symposiums, conferences, and so on, that are aligned with the Foundation's direction, focusing on topics such as regional integration.
- 3. Hold a convention once annually, in principle as an activity that contributes to achieving the purpose of the Foundation.
- 4. Other business necessary for achieving the purpose of this Foundation.
